President Donald Trump criticized Senator Rand Paul, R-KY, on Tuesday to oppose his “big and beautiful bill”.
“Rand Paul has very little understanding of the BBB, especially of the great growth that comes. He loves to vote” no “in everything, he thinks it is a good policy, but it is not. The BBB is a great winner !!!” Trump wrote about social truth.
The President added: “Rand votes not everything, but he never has practical or constructive ideas. His ideas are really crazy (losers!). Kentucky’s people cannot stand it. This is a great growth project!”
Paul is among a group of at least four Republican senators who have expressed their learning for the “great and beautiful bill” of Trump due to the planned increase in the national debt package.

The White House has framed the bill as a solution to four years of failures by virtue of former President Joe Biden. Ron Johnson de Wisconsin, Rick Scott de Florida and Mike Lee, of Utah, three other Republicans in the upper chamber, have also shared concerns about the tax implications of the bill.
Paul told Breitbart News on Monday that, while he believes that the left is “derived”, most Republicans are moving away from intra-partitated debates on certain topics, just as Democrats acted after the victory of former President Barack Obama.
Paul said he supports Trump’s budget pack “very”, but he does not agree with “the additional $ 5 trillion debt” that the senator claims that he is attached to the bill.
“It is a difficult place for me, as I support the bill, tax cuts, expenses cuts, as well as expense cuts if we can get them. But I cannot reconcile -add $ 5 trillion to debt, increase the roof of debt,” said Paul.
The senator told Breitbart that the debt will be $ 2.2 trillion this year, and Republicans have largely continued the expense levels of Biden’s time.
“5 trillion dollars are expected in two years, which means that next year’s deficit say it will grow again to more than $ 3 trillion a year,” Paul said.
The senator was expressed separately from Associated Press, who told Trump that it would be the first time in recent history that Republicans would “possess” the roof of the debt if an increase in the nation’s debt limit was included in the GOP’s tax and expenses package. To Paul he added to Breitbart’s interview that his opposition to the portions of the “great and beautiful bill” is intended to preserve the progress of the Government Efficiency Department (DOGE).

Rand Paul says he would support the “big and beautiful bill” if the debt roof rise is removed
“My fear is that when it approves this bill that ramifications in the year, two years away, will be:” My kindness, what happened to do? What happened to the expense cuts? Why is the deficit so big? “, He said.” So I’m working hard to make sure there is still at least part of the party, and it should not be Trump Anti-Donald because I am for him in so many ways, but it also means that people still have to stand and present their own ideas about what they are. ”
“I support President Trump and support most of the bill,” Rand also wrote to X, explaining his position. “I am his greatest defender in foreign policy. But at the same time I want a conservative government, so I have to fight for what I think.”
The leader of the majority of Trump and the Senate, John Thune, R-South Dakota, gathered at the White House at a critical time on Monday when the senators began negotiations on the large President’s tax reductions and the spending cuts package.
Thune said GOP senators are “underway” to have the package approved for their deadline on July 4. But Thune also acknowledged the long way ahead, as senators are private conversations about changes to put their own label on the home bill. Thune told the Senate plant on Monday that the priority of the Republicans is “to expand the tax reduction for the North -American workers and to strengthen our borders, energy and national security”.
